This website is run by BlueRaiin Cleaning Services, registered in England (company no. 08730630), registered office 55 Blackleach Drive, Worsley, Manchester, M28 3GP (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our quote form, by email, phone or WhatsApp, we collect the details you give us, which may include:
- your name and, if you provide it, your company name
- your email address and phone number
- the service you are interested in, your property type and your preferred contact method
- anything else you include in your message

How we use your information
- to respond to your enquiry and provide a quote
- to arrange and deliver the services you ask for
- to keep records needed to run our business and meet legal obligations
We will not use your details for marketing unless you have asked us to, and we never sell your information.
Our lawful basis
Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), we rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract with you, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, and compliance with legal obligations (for example, keeping financial records).
Who we share it with
We only share your information with service providers that help us run the business, such as our email and website hosting providers, and only as far as needed. We may also share information where the law requires it. Some providers may store data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up. If your enquiry does not lead to work, we delete your details within 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes (usually six years).
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. To make a request, contact us using the details above. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
